Guy Leon is a digital marketing entrepreneur with over a decade of experience building products and agencies that help businesses grow online. Before founding BetterWeb, he built GUAC Digital into a full-service agency recognized as a Google EMEA partner, serving clients from local restaurants to multinational hotel groups.

He saw the same problem everywhere: businesses knew their websites had SEO issues, but fixing them meant hiring expensive specialists or learning complex tools. When AI search engines started reshaping how people discover businesses, he built BetterWeb to solve both problems at once.

Our story

From accessibility to AI search intelligence

BetterWeb started as a web accessibility platform, helping businesses comply with WCAG 2.2 guidelines and improve their website performance. We built tools that scanned thousands of pages, identified issues, and generated detailed reports.

But we kept hearing the same thing from clients: the reports were great, the fixes were the hard part. So we started building automation. Instead of just telling you what was wrong, BetterWeb would connect to your CMS and fix issues directly.

Then AI search changed everything. Businesses that weren't optimized for these new engines were becoming invisible. We expanded our platform to track AI visibility, generate optimized content, and ensure our clients showed up everywhere their customers were searching.
